AI Tinkerers Houston Meetup: Shipping Agentic Systems and Frontier Inference

The Houston builders’ network convenes for the third meetup of 2026. This is a high-signal room dedicated exclusively to working code, live demos, and deep technical exchange among engineers, founders, and researchers who are actively building with frontier AI.

We skip the hype and focus on the architecture, trade-offs, and implementation details that accelerate your roadmap. If you are leveraging new reasoning models like GPT-5.2 or navigating the shift toward standardized agentic workflows (MCP), this is where you trade breakthroughs with peers.

Call for Demos: Show the ‘How’

We are actively seeking builders to step up and share their work. This is a technical show-and-tell for builders, by builders. We want to see your messy experiments, creative hacks, and technical discoveries in action.

Your demo should answer: “How did you build this interesting thing?” not “Why should someone use this product?”

We are particularly interested in demos showcasing:

  • Practical deployment patterns leveraging high-performance inference platforms (e.g., Vera Rubin, specialized LPU stacks).
  • Real-world implementations of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for tool-use and multi-model orchestration.
  • Deep dives into context compaction, retrieval architectures, or novel fine-tuning techniques for specialized reasoning tasks.

Curation and Attendance

AI Tinkerers is selective by design. Every accepted attendee is vetted to ensure the room maintains a high technical bar, guaranteeing that every conversation is valuable. This ensures a high-trust environment for candid technical work and sharing unfinished projects.

To register, we require your name, company, job title, and a link demonstrating your active technical involvement in AI/ML (LinkedIn, Twitter, or GitHub).

Honoring Our Partners
